 You have no idea how much I appreciate you guys. About a month ago, I made a promise to stop cutting but I didn't have a new way to cope yet so I immediately started wearing rubber bands and snapping them anytime I got an urge. However, at the place I work, they would hate that I wore rubber bands because they said it cut off my circulation and was bad for my wrist. They never let me wear them, so I needed to find a discreet way to wear them. I found you guys and received my first bracelet today. I love it.
