It’s easy to measure your wrist with this simple “Dollar Bill Method.” Just take any U.S. dollar bill (which is 6” long) and wrap it around your wrist. 

  SMALL – If the ends of the dollar bill wrap around your wrist completely and are touching each other, a size Small (6.0”) would fit you snugly. 

 MEDIUM – If there is a gap between the ends of the dollar bill that is roughly .5 inches long, a size Medium (6.5”) would fit you snugly.
 

 LARGE – If the gap between the ends of the dollar bill is roughly 1 inch long, a size Large (7.0”) would fit you snugly.
